Overview
A desktop program dedicated to cashbox management for stores and showrooms, working differently from the school system although both share the same technical platform: the day starts with the treasury movement, every receipt or payment is recorded with a numbered voucher against a specific box (cash, USD, card, custody…), expenses and revenues are categorised, and each movement passes through audit and follow-up before it is approved — so the owner knows at any moment the balance of every box and who entered what and when. Fine-grained user permissions plus treasury, voucher and expense reports, printed and exported to Excel. Deployed at retail stores (clothing and home-goods brands) and used daily.
